How does your back yard look? Is it inviting? Do you look forward to having a bar-b-que,
a picnic with friends and family? Do you have wind chimes and ivy growing along the walls
of the patio? Do you have fragrant flowering plants and shrubs? A rose garden?
A truly wonderful way to entice home buyers to think about buying your house is to
have an oasis in your backyard.
Some of the best backyards have one or more of the following:
- Trails or stepping stones leading to different points of interest.
- Beautiful outdoor lighting along the edge and maybe in the trees.
- A bug catcher and a mosquito magnet machine.
- A deck and jacuzzi.
- A patio with a bar-b-que and table.
- A pond with lily flowers and some Kois and turtles.
Make sure whatever you have in your back yard is tidy. Trim the bushes. Remove anything that
doesn't belong. If you don't have time to clean up, spend the extra money necessary to hire
somebody.
